Hey Everyone!!! I know I been MIA for a while but you know how I do. Lol Anyway Happy Memorial Day to all *Blows Kisses* so the look for the week is "Navho" I did this whole look using the NYX "Box of Eye Shadows 112 Colors". First I used the "Pale Gold" (Top Tray 5 Across and 4 Down) and I put that all over the whole lid. Next I used  "Dark Brown" (Top Tray 8 Across and 2 Down) and I put that in the crease and above using my Sonia Kashuk Pointed Blending Brush. Next I used "Orange" (Bottom Tray 6 Across 1st One) and I put that in the crease over top of the Dark Brown with my NYX Fluffy Brush. Then for my highlight I used "Vanilla" (Top Tray 8 Across 1st One). Now this look is pretty much a natural look but you can add a pop of color on the bottom using "Blue" (Bottom Tray 4 Across 5 Down) and just add that on your bottom lid.  Then to jazz it up even more I got my NYX liquid glitter liner in Gold over top of the Blue to make it pop. Now I had all intentions on using mine and low and behold the darn thang was dried up *smacks lips and rolls eyes* so I had to get my loose Gold glitter and make thangs happen that way.  After that you just need to do a kinda thick cat eye with your liquid liner and mascara or lashes and you good to go.  Thats pretty much the look its really quick and if you want to keep it natrual you can leave the Blue off and just keep it basic.  Well I am bout to go hit up the BBQs  enjoy the rest of your Memorial Day.  Smooches Rapunzel

Hey!! I Am Still Here

Hey Everyone!!! I know you may think I have fallen back into all habits...*Holds Up Hands*  BUT I haven't...my allergies have been kicking my butt and I been in the bed early for the past two weeks and didn't feel like doing much of anything.  However, I am gonna pick back up this coming week so be patient with me and I will get back to posting my look of the weeks. I Got My Nailz Did Gurl!!!

Hey Everyone!!! I am back!! Anyways I told y'all in my last post that I got my nails done.  I really like them and wanted to share.  First, I have to give my Nail Tech Tammy a shout out "Hey Girl" :).  As you can see from the pictures the first two fingers have a red tip with red glitter over top. My ring finger is a zebra print nail tip with silver glitter in between the black strips. The pinky and thumb are black nail tips with silver glitter over top. Now when I went in to get my nails done I had already planned to just get them painted with the first two being red my ring finger silver and the pinky and thumb black. However Tammy was like "Lets do the different color tips instead and do something different".  So you know me I was like ok.  First we was gonna do them all zebra print tips but I was like nah I don't want that (even tho it would be cute) so me being me I had to be different so I came up with this combo which is kinda like what I was gonna do originally anyways minus the zebra pint ring finger. But I like this so much better. I have no idea what I am a do the next time. She has all kinds of tips. But I know it's gonna be hot. ;) Well hope you have a great weekend. *Snaps Fingers* I forgot...in case your wondering the big red bow ring I am wearing my friend Tara (Hey Girl)  got me.  She got it on the internet but I am not sure where.  Smooches...Rapunzel.

Cookie Monster

Hey Everyone!!!! Yes Girl I am back with the "Cookie Monster" look of the week. I love this look it's bright and bold.  Now,  I know you might think that it could be a bit too much but hey... that's me "strikes a fierce pose" lol Anyways this look is super simple I used the Blue from the Coastal Scents 88 Original Palette (5 Across;8 Down) and I put that on my lid.  Then I used a Silver from E.L.F. (www.eyeslipsface.com) and put that in my crease and blended it up. Next I used a Cover Girl single eye shadow called Charcoal Frost and put that in my crease over top of the E.L.F. Silver.  Then I use Dark Gray from my Kleancolor Palette and put that in my crease and outer corner.  Lastly I put a Black in my crease and outer corner over top of the Dark Gray and then you all know what's next....say it with me blend, blend, blend, BLEND and that's pretty much the look.  I did a thin line of  liquid liner on my top lid and lined my waterline with black and mascara on the lashes. *Snaps Fingers* dang I don't know why I always forget the highlight. I used MAC's Rice Paper. Now, that's the whole look. Really quick and easy and not a lot of products to use and you can substitute  any of the colors all you need is a blue, gray, dark gray, and a black and boom you done.  So I hope you all enjoy this look of the week. By the way...I got my nails done and I am gonna post a picture soon I just been too busy to take the picture...your girl been super busy this weekend...*points to self* now "She" don't do manual labor and they had your girl working this weekend *smacks lips*  and when I say I am tired with a capital "T" I mean that. Hi Life

Hey Everyone!!! Happy Easter!!! The Look For The Week is "Hi Life" I used a Sally Girl Eyeshadow Palette from the Sally Beauty Supply store called what else of course "Hi Life" it comes with three shades and you can get it for I think like $1.99 right at the front counter of the store.  The colors are (warning...I am horrible at describing colors...sorry) a dirty gold color which I put on my lid. Then a dark maroon wine color which I put in my crease and blended it up.  The last color is a real dark brown color which I put in my crease and outer corner of my eye.  Then you already know what I did after that...blend, blend, blend, BLEND. Lol.  I just did a thin black line of liquid liner.  My highlight color is MAC's Rice Paper but any light color will do. Threw on some mascara and lined my waterline and there you have it. Feel free to add lashes if you want.  This is really an easy look to do cause you really can just use the three colors and your done.  Sometimes I feel like they make these palettes and you might have to add another color or something to make it look like somethin cause if you just put the colors on in the palette it wouldn't look as good.  This is a nice neutral look...which as you know I don't do them a lot but I really like this one. Because its fast and easy.   If I am in a rush I can just hit it right quit and I am out the door.  I don't know if they still sale this one but you can go to your local Sally's Beauty Supply and see if they have it.  I hope you all enjoy your Easter. Mz. Outlet Haul!!!

Hey Everyone!!!! Yes I told yall I was gonna blog about my Mz. Outlet Haul.  I was/am so geeked about it.  I tried to up load the video of me openin it...but that was a complete fail *Bottom Lip Poked Out* So you I know I had a back up plan and took pictures too. So scroll on down and take a look.

So as you can see I cleaned up and I LOVE everything I got!!!! And all this was like $30.00 you cant beat that.  I also got three headbands but I didn't take pictures of those but trust me they cute. LOL  Well I don't feel like there's much more to say but enjoy.....Smooches....Rapunzel.

Kermit & Piggy

Hey Everyone!!!! It's your girl Rapunzel *Pats Self On The Back* I must say I have been killin it on doin my blogs. I said I was gonna do better and I feel I have been. :)  So with all that being said this weeks "Look of the Week" is call "Kermit and Piggy" cause it's got some Pinks (Mz. Piggy), Greens (Kermit), and a lil Blue (Water, hey frogs like water lol). I did this look for Father's Day last year...I think it came out really cute.  So I know last weeks look of the week I had no direction for how I did the look but this week I got it yall. Lol  Anyways here is a list of the items I used to get the look:

• Sleek Palette in Circus (www.sleekmakeup.com): Green
• NYX Single Eyeshadow: Bright Green
• NYX Single Eyeshadow: Lake Algae
• NYX Single Eyeshadow: Frosted Ocean
• NK HD Eyeshadow (Beauty Supply  Brand): 3002 Baby Pink
• NK HD Eye Shadow (Beauty Supply  Brand): 3025 Dark Pink

First I put the Baby Pink in the crease and above then I put the Dark Pink in the crease and above blendin with the Baby Pink.  Next put the Green in the inner corner of the lid.  Then Bright Green on the first half of the lid.  Second half of the the lid put down the Lake Alga color.  Now put Frosted Ocean in the crease and the outer corner.  Then here is the word of the day:  BLEND everything together in the crease so you don't have any harsh edges.  That's pretty much everything. I used the Baby Pink color as my highlight color (right under your eyebrow). Then I just did a winged line of liquid black liner and black in the waterline.  Also I put Green on the lower lash line. Threw on the mascara and that's the look.  I feel like you might look at this and say "I could never do that" but it is truly easy to do the most important thing is to blend, blend, blend, BLEND.  It could also be a lil too intense for some people but I love the bright colors.  I am not really a neutral girl. Lol  I think next time I do this look I am a have to put my 131s on or maybe ever a thicker bat wing style eyelash. Lol.  Oh wait stop the press...news update...My jewelry and lashes came from Mz. Outlet!!! *Bust Out A Happy Dance* I am a do a blog on it with pictures and maybe even a lil video clip of me openin up the box but I am not sure about the video clip tho.  I love everything I got and you know your girl done already wore some of the stuff. :)  Well that's the Look of the Week. Halo

Hey Everyone!!!  Happy St. Patrick's Day!!!  I hope yall got your green on...I know I am rockin my Hello Kitty St. Patty Day PJs (which I've had on since I got home from church lol).  Yelp it's your girl Rapunzel and I am comin to you with another "Look Of The Week" which is called "Halo" I know your probably like why Halo...well you can't tell from the picture but I had on these color contacts and they aren't full on color it's just like a silver ring around the eye. Now I got these contacts like years ago and don't exactly remember the color but I think they are called Halo...hints the the name for the make up look.  Anyways...this is really like my go to smoky eye it's very simple and I know this sounds bad but I don't remember what I used exactly *Disappointed Face* I know I used some CoverGirl Colors and NYX Colors.  But it's super simple.  Usually I just do a black winged liner and keep it movin...but when I did this look I was going out for one of my friend's birthday celebration and I had on silver and back. I wanted to add a pop of color so I was like I am a do a red glitter winged liner and my Besties: Ardell 131 lashes. I thought that really made the look pop...and technically you could use any color glitter you wanted to cause the silver acts as a neutral so you could get away with it. The glitter I used I got from none other than the Dollar Store *Shocked Face* I know girl it was a random find they had all these different color glitters in these lil bags and it was like 6 for a $1.00 (and there was a pretty good amount in them).  You can get glitter at any craft store too. I know Hobby Lobby has some good ones that alot of the girls on YouTube use and I want to go get them too. But if you on a budget these will do.  However you know how the Dollar  Store is...they don't always carry the same some stuff at the same time...and since then I've gone back and they didn't have it anymore...so you just have to stay on the look out and hope you get lucky.  So that's really it...this weeks look was short and sweet I hope yall enjoy...Smooches...Rapunzel.

Big Big BIG NEWS!!!!!!!

Hey Everyone!!!! Ok, so yes it's your girl Rapunzel back two days in a row none the less *Shocked Face* anyways I HAD to come on here and let yall know about the big news. I know yall like girl if you don't go ahead and spill it.  Well I was watching Tyme The Infamous and she was talking about a website call Mz. Outlet (www.mizoutlet.com) and they sell jewelry,  hair accessories , and make up including eyelashes and like the jewelry is only $1.00 and the eyelashes are like $1.99 and stuff...you get the jest ..you can get stuff on the low low. Anyways so I was like when I get that good refund check I am for sure hittin them up.  So today something just said go check on the site...GUUUUUUURL when I tell you I hopped on there and it was like "Blow Out Sale" until everything is gone!!! Child they going out out business!!! so all the rings is like $.55!!! and bracelet  are like $.55 and $.60!!! *Face Falls To The Floor* I was sooooooooo geeked it was crazy *Rolls Out The Oxygen Tank*. Now I know I am suppose to be on a STRICT budget *Rolls Eyes* but you absolutely can not pass this offer up and my birthday is Wednesday ...Happy Birthday to me!!!! I was like I am bout to do some serious damage on this site I am goin IN!!! So, I got 49 items and spent $33.00.  I think that's great! I got rings, bracelets, headbands, and eyelashes. I cleaned up honey *Snaps Fingers* I would have had more but they was sellin out of stuff super fast. So yall better run to the site and snatch up some stuff. I feel like this is the best day EVER!!! You would have thought I won the lottery or somethin *Grabs Oxygen and Takes A Puff* I bout passed out.  LOL  So please don't miss out on this...scurry on down to Mz. Earth Tones

Hey Everyone!!!! *Blowin Kisses* I am back once again with my look of the week which is "Earth Tones" I came up with the name cause it looks like dirt to me so I was like why not Earth Tones and I feel like the lips look so good with this look...but I am get back to those in a minute.  So for this look I used mostly NYX Eye shadows.  The first color is a color call "Earthy" and it goes in the socket and lid of your eye.  Next is the color "Toffee" and that goes in your crease and above.  Next is the color "Chai" and this goes in the crease and above mixed with the "Toffee".  Then you put the color "Rust" in the crease. Lastly, you take the darkest brown in the "Coastal Scents  88 Regular Palette" (11 Across & 7 Down) and you put that in the crease and the outter corner.  That's pretty much all the eyeshadow color...oh wait you do need a highlight color...how could I forget that *Rolls Eyes* I used another NYX eyeshadow in  "Creamy". Then you do a pretty thick cat eye with some black liner and you want to put some back liner in the waterline to pull it all together.  Now I did this look before I found my Bestie eyelashes "131 Ardell Lashes" so I would most certainly throw them puppies on with this look to give it some glamour *Fierce Face Pose*.  Now I know you dyin to know what's on my lips. Because as yall can see from past pictures I don't really do the lipstick...your girl will throw on a gloss and just keep it pushin.  I used to wear lipstick all the time (and have the mass amount to prove it) but I kinda got outta of it and it was easier to just do gloss plus most guys don't like it when you have on fully painted lips and you kiss them (gloss is bad enough) *Two Finger Pause* no I am not goin round kissin on boys *Innocent Face* I am just sayin I heard that from somewhere *Sneaky Grin* anyways I am getting off subject *Snaps Fingers* back on track.  So yea for my lips I was watchin "Nitraa B" YouTube channel and she was talkin about her favorite fall lipsticks and most of them were like dark purple colors from MAC.  So this one on my lips is call "Dark Side" which is this dark redish color and lined my lips with a lip liner from MAC called "Nightmoth" which is this rich dark wine color and I also got this off of "Nitraa B" and I think the combo is just super cute.  I feel like if I was gonna do such a bold lip then the eyes aint need to be on 10 too so I though this neutral eye went well with it. Now I know it's suppose to be like a fall lipstick...but you know me I would be rockin this in June...and for the price...*Smacks Lips, Rolls Eyes, and Pops Neck* Gurl Please...you best be glad I aint wearing it 365 days outta the year. LOL.  So that's pretty much the look nice and simple and all NYX eyeshadows except for the dark brown color which any dark brown will do. The only thing I have to add is blend, blend, blend, BLEND so that it all melts together. :)  So I guess that's it ladies and gentlemen..till next time...Smooches...Rapunzel.

Watermelon

Hey Everyone!!!! See I am on it *Snaps Fingers* lol. So this weeks look is called "Watermelon" I think it turned out really cute. I been wantin to do a Watermelon eye forever however every time I tried to do it...it looked a straight hot mess and I was not pleased *Stank Face*.  Anyways I was watchin "Tyme The Infamous" Youtube channel and she did this look but she called it "Kermit & Miss Piggy Glitter Makeup Tutorial" and mine probably looks nothing like hers cause she had the whole pink glitter going on and big lashes but that just wasn't gonna work for your girl *Shakes Head* no way honey so I had to tone it down to fit me. First rule of makeup for me is know what you workin with girl...you can't do everything you see other people do you gotta make it work for you *Smacks Lips* but I did use the same things she used...well she used the BH Cosmetics 88 Color Matte Palette.  I used the Coastal Scents 88 Matte Palette which is the same thing.  The first color is this this kinda hot Pink color (7 Across & 7 Down) and that just goes in the inner corner. Next is the Red color (9 Across & 7 Down) and that goes right beside the Pink  and you take that halfway over. Next is the Green color (3 Across & 6 Down) and you put that in the crease and on the rest of the lid. Next you take the Dark Green color (4 Across & 8 Down) and put that on the outter corner and in the crease.  Next is the Black color (11 Across & 8 Down) and that goes on the outter corner and just as lil ways into the crease.  Now *Puts On Instructors Glasses* the key to any good eye makeup is to blend blend blend BLEND honey lambs cause if you don't work on them harsh edges and lines things is gonna look wayyyyyyyy wrong so if I had one tip please blend everything together *Removes Glasses* now moving on...she put pink glitter on her inner corner and you can as well but my eyes like to water especially right by the inner corner so I didn't want to really fool with that  plus I am not all that crazy about shinny stuff in my inner corner it always looks great on other people *Question Face* mmmm...not so much on me...so I skipped that step but if you wanna be a Glitter Queen for the day feel free to do so honey and * Snaps Fingers* Work That Shhh...lol.  So for a high light color I just used a light pink color...now she used white but I wasn't feelin that cause yet again it worked for her cause she had alot going on but mine was kinda toned down *Looks Sideways* yes it was toned down...so I went for a pink color...now the one I used was from another palette but you could use one from this palette...*Puts Instructors Glasses Back On* lets see you could use any one of the first three in the first row or in row seven you could pick the first one or second one down *Takes Off Glasses*.  Then I lined my top lid with my black liquid liner and did a lil wing.  Next I put on my new Besties yall...My 131 Ardell Lashes that I got from Sally's. Now, I am not a big lash girl but I LOVE these lashes and the funny thing is I have had them forever and never wore them but they are perfect cause they give you length but they aint bat wings on your eyes...now yet again some people can get away with that *Points At Self* this girl can not do all that...so I feel like these are a good balance for me. So I put them on and was set.  I did put a lil green right under my lash line with a lil green glitter (had to throw some glitter in there) lol and put back in the waterline and I was set for business...well at lest my eyes was done. I still had to beat that face and get it ALL The Way Together. Lol  Then I was officially done. I Am Back And It's REAL!!!

Hey Everyone!!!!!  *Question Face* I know you aint even got to say it. I been M.I.A. for toooo long but my computer had a spirit and I couldn't get on it.  But thanks to my brother-in-law Bruce Duce I am back in action baby *waves hand* thank ya honey *blows kisses* So I am gonna do better or at lest at posting my "Look of the Week" cause I can't shop *rolls eyes* cause the budget of 2013 is sooooo real yall.  So I will be doing better with those. This one,  Loaded is one of my favorite ones too I used Urban Decay's single eye shadow in of course  "Loaded" and it looks absolutely  great and it better cause them suckers aint cheap either *smacks lips* I got the look from "Beat Face Honey" on YouTube.  When I tell yall she is the best her looks are always crazy and wild...just like me. If you have time you need to go check her out cause she is the truth...and from her I learned how to do my eyebrows the way I am doing them now...I have no idea how I been living without doing my eyebrows this way...she has so many tips and tricks (she is a professional make-up artist yall) I would love to meet her one day...I aint a super fan am I??? Yea just a lil  bit. Lol.  Well I just wanted to hop on here and say that I am still alive and kicking and I will do better.
